All invoices are to be paid to our department before maturity. Not paying will result in an extra fee of 10% on total amount, adding to all legal interests, with a minimum of €250. Every dispute falls under jurisdiction of court in Kortrijk. 

Filing a complaint does not give the buyer the rights to postpone payments.

Possible given delivery dates are purely informative and not meeting this dates never can be a reason for breach of contract or claiming a compensation. 

Reservation of ownership: all goods remain our property until total payment is completed.
